AUTISM THERAPY
ICM employs and contracts with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Consultants, Lead Therapists, and Line Therapists to deliver early intervention and applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism. Our autism-based therapy options are funded by 1915(c) Autism Waiver, Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), and private pay.
HOW TO RECEIVE ICM SERVICES
Families with children with disabilities can receive ICM services through two primary means: Medicaid and Private Pay.
MEDICAID
CES (Community and Employment Support) Waiver
Arkansas Medicaid-eligible children with disabilities can access services through the 1915(c) CES Waiver. After eligibility confirmation, they choose a PASSE (Provider-led Shared Savings Entity) like Arkansas Total Care, Summit Community Care, Empower Healthcare Solutions, or CareSource. These PASSEs function as insurance companies overseeing care for Medicaid beneficiaries. Once referred, individuals can select ICM as their Supportive Living provider.
Autism Waiver
Arkansas Medicaid-eligible children with disabilities can access autism services through the 1915(c) Autism Waiver. More information about the program can be found by contacting us or visiting:
EPSDT
Arkansas Medicaid-eligible children and adults under 21 years of age might qualify for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy through EPSDT.
Contact us for more information.
PRIVATE PAY
Families needing ICM services who are not Medicaid-eligible can pay a private rate for services and autism therapy. To inquire, please call (501) 228-0063.
ICM has listened to us in the past, promptly correcting an issue we had. The therapist they provided was top notch, keeping her work professional. Our son has began to blossom, using words and sentences to ask about things. We were beginning to think that he would never be able to communicate those things, but with the help of having a therapist, he is crossing some milestones!

Thank you, Independent Case Management. For over 20 years, you have helped us manage Michael’s needs so that he can continue to live at home. As Michael says, we are so blessed!

Our team with ICM has been the biggest blessing! Our moderate-severe autistic son has a sleeping disorder, and they are the only provider to work around this! They are so consistent with our son, professional and kind. They have changed our lives for the better—giving us and our son new tools to better communicate and understand each other. We are forever grateful!!

My son began going to ICM in June of 2019. They are very friendly and caring. He is able to get job training on-site and they also have time to socialize which helps to build their social skills. I’m very pleased.
